Dog Park Rules Dog Beach Rules

Persons who choose to use the Quiet Waters Dog Park and Dog Beach, as a condition of use, also agree to follow the rules for each area.

The rules were developed with human and canine safety as the primary concern, as well as to keep the area functioning well for the greatest number of people and dogs.

rulesThe rules are displayed outside the entrance to each dog area. As the signs are above the eye-level of most dogs, each handler is responsible for informing their furry companions of the rules - and enforcing them.

While not yet available, an annotated version of the rules is in progress to supply explanations for those rules whose reasons may not be immediately apparent. Parkgoers, after investigating a rule's reasons, are more than welcome to submit suggestions for rule changes, but the rules should be followed as posted until officially changed. Suggestions can be submitted via the suggestions box at the dog park, or via email using the form below
